About Us

We are a family run property business providing a professional and comprehensive service in residential and commercial property management in addition to managing our own property portfolio.

We manage properties across the North of England on behalf of our ourselves and our clients, dealing with viewings, negotiating contract agreements and carrying out any necessary maintenance works.

Initially we work with landlords to ensure their property is suitable and can be let for medium or long term periods. This includes assessing the property in line with current legislation and helping to carry out any necessary works.

We deal with all routine tenancy management matters, including inspections, rent collection, negotiating rent increases, arrears chasing, deposit protection, accounting and liaising direct with tenants on all general management queries.

Our regular inspection and planned maintenance schemes guarantee that potential problems are revealed and dealt with in a timely way, minimising risk and avoiding unnecessary problems for our clients.

Richard Outhwaite

Richard is a partner at a leading UK law firm and has specialised in commercial real estate for over 16 years acting for some of the country’s most active funds, investors, developers and retailers. In his spare time he enjoys outdoor pursuits and managing his small holding.

Jeffrey Outhwaite

Jeffrey has been involved in the property industry for over 40 years and has worked on buildings ranging from 1,000,000 sq feet to smaller bespoke industrial units. His work has taken him a far afield as Senegal. In his spare time he enjoys gardening, cycling and golfing and spending time with his family.

Thomas Scanlan

Thomas, like Jeffrey has been involved in the property industry for over 40 years and has worked on the same projects as Jeffrey as they have been business partners for over 40 years. In his spare time he enjoys horse racing, golfing and spending time with his family.
